This site is for business buyers. There is no retail cart or self-checkout. Orders follow a written quotation and confirmed terms.

Order flow

• Submit an inquiry (Request a Quote).
• We verify your requirements manually.
• You receive a written quotation.
• Contract or order confirmation.
• Payment as agreed in the quotation / contract.
• Preparation / fulfillment and export shipment.

Samples

Samples may be requested. Sample fees, any credit toward a subsequent order, and shipping method are confirmed per request. We do not pre-commit to free samples or fixed sample pricing on this website.

MOQ & lead time

Minimum order quantities and lead times are confirmed per model and quantity in each quotation. Fixed numbers are not published here.

Quality claims & returns

Returns, replacements and quality claims are handled according to the terms of the signed sales contract or confirmed order — not under a retail return window.
